Art has always played a central role in Aisha Alabbar’s life. “My father was one of the first framers in the UAE, and even today, I come across artworks proudly displayed with the Alabbar Frames logo on the back,” says Alabbar, who founded her eponymous gallery to uplift Emirati and UAE-based artists. “I feel like I am continuing his work—not by framing artworks, but by creating a space where they can be seen, appreciated, and celebrated.” At Art Dubai, the gallery will showcase Sara Alhaddad, Sara Ahli, and Fares Alshafar. “This presentation offers a deeper insight into the rich and evolving talent within the UAE.”
