Ruqaya Al Hashmi (b. Abu Dhabi, 1999) is a multi-disciplinary artist who earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Arts from Zayed University. Proficient in various mediums such as painting, drawing, photography, printmaking, ceramics, sculpture, and installation, she recently completed a four-month photography residency at Manarat Al Saadiyat, enhancing her artistic journey. Inspired by her surroundings and daily experiences, Ruqaya explores diverse concepts in her artwork, employing her unique perspective to create thought-provoking pieces.
