Founded in 2018 by the artist Aisha Alabbar, the gallery opened its doors within the backdrop of the UAE's celebratory "Year of Zayed".

The Gallery is considered to be an important podium for well-established global fresh and contemporaneous artists to present their recent work whether solo or within a group to disseminate a fresh perception of the present-day art scene.

Gallery curator Enas Elkorashy's is keen to reflect the identity of the City of Dubai by giving artists from around the globe the opportunity to present their works, thereby creating a cultural melange of identities within the Aisha Aalbbar Art Gallery, to be a meeting point where cinema and fashion intertwine. A multidisciplinary space that speaks the language of Art.

The city of Dubai is new but the idea of Dubai is not. Dubai is the fruitful result of a nation that sought universality whilst preserving its national identity and continuing its commitment to the preservation of culture, design, fashion, cinema, art and architecture. It has now become a melting pot of diverse cultures and a home to over 200 nationalities.

Participating artists include Aisha Alabbar, Ahmad Abdel Fattah, Georgie Bahqoury, Guirguis Lorfy, Samir Fouad, Sayed Saad El Din, Sayed Abd Elrasoul, Ahmed Abdel Fattah Youssef, Abedel Aziz Elmahdy, Blu Smith, Britt Boutros Ghali, Eiman Elgibreen, Fahad Al Naymah, Habby Khalil, Hend Adnan, Iveta Bencova, Karima Alshomaly, Laura Iniesta, Martina Fontana, Matilde Tibuzzi, Maysa Mohamed, Najlaa Alsaleem, Nazir Tanbouli, Patrizia Polese, Romany Hafez, Shrouq Bint Fahd, Souske, Talal Altukhaes.
