“In Circulation” by artist Samar Hijazi opened at the Aisha Al Abbar Gallery in Alserkal Avenue, Dubai, the day before yesterday, where she presented a collection of artworks that explore the relationship between memory and matter, and between what remains constant and what changes over time.
The exhibition came as a visual experience based on texture, repetition and reshaping, to raise through its works questions about identity, resilience and the ability of man to rebuild meaning in light of rapid transformations, based on an artistic language that combines human feeling and visual contemplation.
